is issued as a collection of scientific works and forwarded to the subscribers to educational institutions, authorities and active enterprises. The bulletin is forwarded to the mandatory distribution addresses. A new issue is formed on a quarterly basis whose topic is defined by scientific areas: pedagogics, theology, economics, geology, technical sciences. The periodical was established in 2014.

Our bulletin is addressed to researchers and readers who are concerned with questions of morality and spiritual development in modern Russia and who can use the results of scientific research for the formation of the younger generation targets. We publish for the people who are not indifferent to the fate of the Fatherland and the future of Russian science and education.
